What Workup Agent collects when it runs on a customer's site, who it belongs to, and what we do with it.

Two different roles
Workup Agent is software our customers run on their own sites. When a visitor talks to a Workup agent, that conversation belongs to the customer, who decides what is asked, what is kept and how it is used. We process it on their behalf and under their instructions. This policy covers what we do in that role, and what we collect on our own site.

If you contact us we keep what you send: name, email, company, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to run our own sales process, nothing else. We do not sell it.
When Workup Agent runs on a customer's site
- Conversation content, in text or transcribed from voice.
- Contact details the visitor provides.
- Answers to the customer's questionnaire, which can include sensitive details such as health information where the customer's use case requires it.
- Session context: pages viewed, referrer, time on page, returning visits.
- Consent records: the exact text shown, version, timestamp, IP and device.
Sensitive categories are collected only with affirmative opt in consent. Consent boxes are never pre ticked.
Who receives it
The customer whose site the agent was running on, and the subprocessors needed to operate the service under contract. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. Conversation data from one customer is never used to serve another.
Your rights
If you talked to a Workup Agent on a company's website and want your information corrected or deleted, the fastest route is that company, because they control it. You can also write to [email protected] and we will route your request and help them act on it.
Retention and security
Retention is set by each customer for their own data, subject to what the law requires them to keep. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and say so on the site.
